It has been quite a surreal week. I was first invited to a photography exhibition in a university to speak to students regarding their degree.
I was then featured in a Kent online news article regarding my two and a half minute timelapse that I recently made. This was swiftly followed by a phone call from ITV and a request to use a couple of segments of my footage for the Meridian news on Good Morning Britain.
Whilst in conversation with ITV I was then asked whether they could come and do an interview for a two minute feature on me and my timelapse photography to be aired at the weekend on the 6 o’clock ITV Meridian news.
There is also an upcoming local newspaper feature that I’m quite looking forward to seeing.
considering that I’m self-taught, the invite to the university degree exhibition was especially flattering. It goes to show that when you have a passion for something, the sky really is the limit regardless of what way you come into it.

And a handheld video recording of my tv and ITV airing the two minute feature below along with a screen grab of the university invitation :)
I shall keep pushing myself with the photography/videography and locations. Hopefully it will lead to good times ahead.
