Best offline AI portrait photo retouching software?

I was recently approached by Skylum to check out their AI portrait photo editing software called Aperty portrait photo editor. On first impressions, I am very impressed.


It seems to offer a very similar standard of AI assisted portrait retouching as some of the cloud based retouching software with the added benefit of it being able to be used offline. It also has the addition of some unique features such as the creative tab where you can relight a portrait from mulitple points. An interesting concept.


A standout benefit of using Aperty is that it can be purchased for a one time fee with a years worth of software updates included . There is also a subscription option at a reduced cost should you require rolling updates. I'd imagine a one off purchase could easily keep you going for 3-4 years though if rolling updates was not essential. Either way, it's nice to have a choice.
